Considered the best world´s aquarium by the Traveller’s choice from Trip Adviser in 2015, 2017 and 2018, the Lisbon Oceanarium is one of the places of entertainment, culture and leisure mostly visited in Portugal.
Acclaimed as being one of the main motives of national pride, the Oceanarium promotes a unique and unforgettable experience by showing proximity with the marine world and its hosts, such as sea otters, sharks as well as stunning coral reefs.
Currently, the Oceanarium presents a temporary exhibition entitled “Submerged Forests by Takashi Amano”, which reveals the tropical forest universe in its aquatic systems through the greatest world nature aquarium. The exhibition also presents an original musical composition by the Portuguese composer, Rodrigo Leão.
